M.SHIFT evaluator
The AI-executable five-check expansion of Effective?: S and F answer Same facts, H and I answer Better move, and T answers Worth it.
When AI support is present, the skill turns Effective? into a structured receipt. It checks Same facts preserved, Helps the operation, Inference changes, Fidelity validated, and Tradeoff worth it. Each check must say PASS, FAIL, or UNKNOWN and point to the supplied comparison or observation. Same facts? is derived from S and F; Better move? from H and I; Worth it? from T.
The evaluator is deliberately local. All five passes mean only that this candidate map survived the declared MAP quality gate under the supplied matched probe. A failure prunes or revises the candidate. Missing observation stays unknown, and loss of a hard protected invariant stops the candidate. M.SHIFT is not 5S.SHIFT, which names the move performed in a five-part action plan, and it is not later 5S.SCORE.
