A resource advantage expands the feasible allocations available to a player, but its payoff depends on the contests and scoring rules. In some versions a sufficiently large advantage can guarantee an outcome; in others a smaller advantage changes expected payoffs without making every allocation successful. Resources and wins are not linked by a universal proportion.

Compare what a larger budget makes possible while holding the game’s other rules fixed. Extra resources that can be left unused cannot worsen the best achievable payoff, although a poor deployment can still perform badly. Adding contests or changing information changes the game itself, so those comparisons require separate analysis rather than a general prescription to create more fronts.
