The Winning-Losing Flip
Imagine hitting the target and still regretting the result. Write three plausible reasons that could happen, then protect against the one the target itself is most likely to encourage.
Win the target, lose the purpose → three endings → one protection.
The Winning-Losing Flip examines a destination from the far side of an apparent victory. Complete 'We hit the target, but it was a real failure because…' three different ways. Convert the most plausible, incentive-created failure into a forbidden outcome or a counter-signal. Focus on credible corruption of this goal, not every imaginable harm.
