Ceiling Hunt
You want more of what has been working. Before increasing volume, ask which resource, capacity, trust, or permission would limit the next gain and when it would bind.
Imagine the next gain. Find what runs out first.
Project a concrete increase and list the constraints it would activate. Estimate which becomes binding first, then inspect that constraint before pressing harder. Distinguish an actual approaching limit from a speculative future worry, and check what new limit might appear after the first is raised.
Try this when…
What breaks if demand doubles?
More promotion could produce more waiting than service.
We have room to start, but can we sustain the next level?
Which resource is already close to its limit?
What you can use it for
Growing services

Community participation
Inspect venue, coordination, and volunteer limits alongside attendance.
Creative output
