Seed the Flywheel

A useful recurring activity cannot generate its own next turn yet. Supply bounded early support, then deliberately test whether the activity’s ordinary returns can sustain it when that support fades.

Seed early turns. Name the return. Withdraw and test.

Identify what a helpful cycle would produce that could support its next occurrence: skill, willing participation, reusable material, or another resource. Supply the missing initial support for a defined period, then reduce it and observe. Continuing subsidy can be legitimate, but it is different from a self-sustaining flywheel.
