Your spending splits first into Fixed and Discretionary. Under Fixed you cut again into negotiable ($95 phone plan, $180 insurance) and locked (rent). Under Discretionary you cut into planned versus impulse. Four leaves, three different decisions, one shopping trip renegotiating bills.
