Person to Handoff

When a discussion keeps returning to who dropped the ball, follow the work across the nearest handoff. Make the information, timing, and responsibility visible enough to repair.

Follow one item → inspect the transfer → agree what ready means.

This recipe changes the unit you examine from an individual to the transfer between people. Follow a real item across one boundary: what leaves, what arrives, and what the receiver needs. Preserve individual responsibility while checking whether the interface itself contributes to the problem.
