The monthly ritual of paying bills, moving money to savings, chasing invoices for your side gig, and reconciling accounts eats a full Sunday and poisons the day before it. You have tried making it pleasant with coffee and playlists. It is still four hours of your one weekend, every month, forever.

Transfer / delegate / automate is an option form the framework treats as first-class: move the action to another person, tool, or system instead of doing it yourself. The cue is a recurring task that consumes real capacity but does not require your judgment, or requires it only at the edges. Run it in three steps: split the ritual into judgment parts and mechanical parts; push the mechanical parts to systems (autopay for every fixed bill, an automatic transfer to savings on payday, invoicing software that sends its own reminders); and delegate what needs a human but not you, such as a part-time bookkeeper for the reconciliation. Keep only the genuine decisions, which now fit in twenty minutes. What visibly changes is the Sunday returns to you, and the tasks happen more reliably than your willpower ever managed. Do not transfer actions whose doing is the point, like calls to your parents, or judgment calls where an automated rule misfiring would cost more than the time saved.
