Rearrange Before Resolve

The intended action requires searching, clearing space or borrowing tools every time. Change layout, proximity or availability first, so the environment carries some of the setup burden instead of repeatedly demanding more motivation.

Find the setup burden. Move or provision. Check access. Try again.

A recurring failure can come from an inconvenient arrangement of things or people. Observe where the intended action becomes hard, then change one physical or practical condition: location, ready materials, shared access or proximity. Keep the outcome fixed enough to test the arrangement, and check that the new convenience does not export work to someone else.

Try this when…

I spend the whole session setting up.

The equipment is always in somebody else’s cupboard.

The room makes the intended activity awkward.

I need a workable arrangement, not another motivational reminder.
