Warm Work Stays Human

The words are polished, but the person who matters is missing from the exchange. Keep presence, apology, consent and commitment with the human whose act they are, using tools only for preparation that supports real listening.

Prepare if useful. Speak as yourself. Listen. Own the next act.

Some work succeeds partly because a particular person shows up, means what they say and responds to another person. Delegating that act can remove something essential from the outcome. Retain human delivery and accountability. Notes, reminders, translation or accessibility support can help, with consent, while the person remains the author and participant.
